After receiving the candidate's applications, the Recruitment department start to select the suitable candidates for the position to send an invitation email.
STEP 3
Candidates participate in face-to-face interviews with the employer.
STEP 4
HR department will send interview results to each candidate after 3-5 days from the interview date.
STEP 5
The selected candidate will sign a 2-month probationary contract with Charmant Suites.
STEP 6
After the probationary period, the Head of Department will evaluate the candidate's qualities, skills and capabilities. If the candidate meets the company's recruitment criteria, he or she will sign a long-term contract and officially become an employee at Charmant Suites.
