REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
• All adult citizens are eligible to participate in the membership program, provided that: They provide accurate personal information when registering for the CSR program.
• Members will only be entitled to benefits upon presenting a valid membership card (physical or electronic).
• The membership card is valid for one year and expires on the last day of the expiration month stated on the card.
• The membership card is personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Each card applies to one guest only.
• The membership card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• Dining benefits do not apply to corporate discounted rates or special offers.
• CSM members will earn reward points when using services, and tier qualification points will be subject to the program’s terms & conditions.
• Members are advised to book in advance, as room availability is limited.
• Cancellation policy: Members can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before arrival unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
• Direct bookings with the hotel are required; reservations through third-party channels are not eligible.
