PHOTOSHOOTING POLICY

To ensure privacy and a comfortable environment for all guests, Charmant Suites a Boutique Hotel Cần Thơ kindly announces the following guidelines regarding photography and filming:
1. Compliance with Regulations: Guests must comply with the hotel's regulations and guidelines regarding photography, including the use of equipment and permitted areas for photo shooting. The hotel only allows photography for guests currently using its services. For those who are not utilizing the hotel's services, we kindly decline any photography activities to ensure the privacy and quality of hotel’s services.
2. Professional Activities: Professional photography/filming (using specialized equipment) is only allowed with approval from the Hotel Management and may incur fees. Professional photo/film shoots will not be approved in rooms or common areas of the hotel.
3. Purpose of Use: Images are for personal use only. For commercial or media purposes, please contact Hotel Management for written consent. The hotel reserves the right to reject any use of hotel images for commercial or advertising purposes without prior notification and approval.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy: During photography/filming (whether professional or not), guests must ensure they do not infringe upon the privacy and comfort of other guests. Recording images of other hotel guests or staff (whether front-facing or from behind) without consent is prohibited. Please request permission before taking photos/filming and respect any refusals.
5. Copyright: The hotel assumes no responsibility for copyright issues if photos include artwork, models, or drone footage.
6. Professional Clothing and Makeup: Guests are not permitted to change clothes or apply professional makeup within the hotel premises, including restrooms. The hotel does not allow photo shoots involving underwear, nudity, any other photos that do not comply with Vietnamese laws and customs, affecting the hotel's brand.
7. Safety Assurance: The use of electrical devices such as hairdryers, flash units, lights, or other high-powered electrical equipment may overload the electrical system, causing a fire or electrical hazard. Moving furniture or using tape, flammable materials, or explosives is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
8. Equipment: The use of professional or large-scale photography/filming equipment requires the hotel's approval.
9. Maintaining Hotel Operations: Photography in elevators may disrupt service and inconvenience other guests using the elevators.
10. Restricted Areas: Photography/filming is not allowed in private or restricted hotel areas, such as bedrooms, employee workspaces, parking lots, and other secure areas within the hotel.
11. Responsibility: The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to guest equipment on the hotel premises.
We kindly ask that all guests adhere to these regulations to ensure that the environment and experience of all guests are protected and enjoyable.
