HOTEL REGULATIONS

1. Kindly present your valid identification for the check-in procedure at the Reception.

2. The hotel is only responsible for valuables deposited at Reception with receipt.

3. It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, inflammable, narcotics (drug), prohibited goods, pets and bulky assets into the hotel.

4. Please receive your visitors at the lobby unless with a specific reason and visitation ends at 9:00 p.m.

5. Gambling and prostitution within Hotel is in prohibition of Vietnamese law.

6. Guests are responsible to pay for the loss and breakage of any Hotel’s asset.

7. Check-out time is 12:00, otherwise, you will be charged as hotel’s policy. In case of necessity, please contact Reception.

8. Prior to leaving the hotel, the guest is kindly requested to settle all bills and return keys to Reception.

9. Under Local Authorities Law, there are no local visitors to guest rooms.
