Program Details:
1. Special Offer:
- Free use of the standard conference room for the first 30 guests.
- For guests from the 31st onwards, a fee of 180,000 VND++/guest/session will apply.
2. Basic Meeting Package includes:
- Meeting supplies: paper, pens, bottled water (1 set per guest).
- Podium with fresh flower decoration.
- Welcome board for the meeting at the lobby.
- Flip chart with paper and markers (3 colors).
- Standard sound and lighting system for the meeting.
- Standard projector screen and projector.
- Standard stage setup.
Terms & Conditions:
- Applicable for meetings with a minimum of 50 guests.
- Meeting times: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- A lunch must be ordered on the same day as the meeting, with the following conditions:
+ The minimum price for lunch is 350,000 VND++/guest.
+ At least 80% of attendees must have lunch.
Program Duration:
- From now until May 31, 2025.
- Not applicable during holidays or festive periods.
