2. Obligations of the Hotel and the Guest
a) For Charmant Suites Hotel:
Provide products and services of the agreed quality, at the specified time and location registered by the guest.
Safeguard guest information in accordance with our privacy policy.
Disclaimer of Liability:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or changes in reservation dates or room types arising from force majeure events (such as natural disasters, war, etc.).
In the event of force majeure (including strikes, civil disturbances, war, natural disasters, fire, floods, emergencies, or any delays in essential repairs to the hotel premises), Charmant Suites Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, costs, or claims arising from such circumstances beyond our control.
b) For the Guest:
Responsible for payment and check-in as per the booking confirmation.
Entitled to request changes or corrections to personal information maintained by Charmant Suites Hotel.
Responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their personal information.
Policy for Room Changes, Check-in/Check-out Date Changes: Guests wishing to change their check-out date or room type are kindly requested to contact our Reservations Department using the details provided on the website. Support will depend on the hotel's actual availability.
Cancellation Policy: Depending on the terms of each promotional package, a guest’s cancellation request may be eligible for a full refund, partial refund, or no refund at all. 3. Information on Delivery and Check-in Procedures
After completing your reservation and payment, the Charmant Suites Reservations Department will send a Booking Confirmation to your registered email, including all reservation details and your booking code. Upon arrival, you may present either your booking code or confirmation email to complete check-in procedures.
Check-in time: After 2:00 PM
Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM.
Any additional costs incurred during your stay for extra products or services will be charged at posted rates and must be settled at check-out.
