POSITION SUMMARY

- Oversee and manage all approved expense activities, ensuring accurate and transparent expenditure, timely reporting, and adherence to procedures and principles.
- Ensure that all regular reports for the Chief Accountant are complete and submitted on time as per regulations.
- Maintain reasonable and effective spending within the department, aligning with the planned budget and forecasts.
- Manage and utilize resources, including personnel, efficiently for the designated tasks, avoiding waste and personal use.
- Continuously understand the business situation, customer/vendor obligations, and forecast short-term and long-term expenses and cash flows. Present reports and proposals to the Chief Accountant for adjustments and strategic financial balance.
- Participate in regular department meetings to review and assess the department's activities, proposing strategies for the future.
- Ensure proper filing and storage of all documents and records in accordance with established regulations.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within 4 to 5-star hotels.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in basic IT applications.
- Fluent communication skills in English preferred.
