POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for managing, developing, and nurturing the assigned customer segments and target groups as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing, including Party Marketing Staff.
- Fulfill the annual business plan, which includes the allocated Budget and Revenue targets.
- Receive and attentively listen to all complaints and grievances from both external guests and internal customers in a professional manner. Report to the leadership for guidance, ensuring that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Build and maintain positive interactions, care, and active engagement with customers and strategic partners, especially VIP guests and potential familiar clients, through direct or indirect visits.
- Manage and secure customer data that falls under your responsibility.
- Propose new services that can optimally leverage suitable potentials within the hotel's context, thereby increasing operational capacity and business profitability.
