POSITION SUMMARY

- Implement and execute business strategies, advertising, and brand promotion in all modern and traditional multimedia channels through events, promotional campaigns, etc., as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Accomplish the Media & Marketing Plan of the year according to the allocated Spending Budget and General Sales Target of the department.
- Report the results of communication & marketing activities, survey findings, and interactive effects, as well as feedback from media partners and customers.
- Receive, listen, and collect feedback from media partners, as well as complaints and grievances from customers. Report to the Director of Sales & Marketing for guidance on handling, addressing, and providing appropriate responses.
- Control and ensure that actual expenditures remain reasonable and effective, aligning with the approved budget plan.
-Ensure that the hotel's brand, image, all services, and amenities are fully conveyed and introduced to Take responsibility for building and expanding relationships and interactions between the hotels and partners, as well as various media channels.

QUALIFICATION

- Degree: Graduated from University with a major in Business and Hospitality Management or Communications.
- 01 year or more of progressive in same position (4 -5 Stars hotel).
- Computer skills: Basic IT applications or equivalent.
- Language: Fluent in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
