POSITION SUMMARY

- Responsible for preparing dishes according to guest's requests, following the designated procedures, recipes, and quantities as specified and trained. Ensures that the standards, quality of the food, and dining experiences at the hotel consistently satisfy customers.
- Maintains the storage of equipment, tools, materials, and food items in the kitchen during working shifts.
- Reports all incidents and issues related to food quality, kitchen utensils, and equipment according to regulations, and proposes solutions for resolution (if necessary).
- Adheres to preservation and cooking processes, enhances skills to provide exceptional high-quality dishes that consistently meet customer satisfaction
- Participates in training programs and campaigns established by the kitchen and the hotel
- Uses kitchen equipment, utensils, raw materials, and energy efficiently for business purposes, avoids waste, and doesn't misuse them for personal reasons.
- Follows preparation procedures, cooking processes, quality checks for food, tools, and equipment, maintains hygiene, and ensures occupational and food safety for serving customers.
- Proposes innovative methods for preparing and presenting new and appealing dishes to maximize suitable potentials, considering the reality, increase the hotel's business capacity and profitability.

QUALIFICATION

- Priority given to candidates who have graduated from Vocational/College specializing in Hotel and Restaurant Management, with a focus on Kitchen operations.
- Provided training in Food Safety and Hygiene, Occupational Safety, and Fire Safety within the hotel and restaurant context.
- 01 year or more of experience in the same position within 4 to 5-star hotels.
