POSITION SUMMARY

- Responsible for managing and developing the business network and marketing the hotel's image across channels, distribution websites, room sales, and hotel services within customer segments as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Complete the annual business plan, including the allocated Budget and Revenue targets.
- Professionally receive and listen to all complaints and grievances from both external guests and internal customers, reporting to leadership for guidance and ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Build and maintain positive interactions, care, and active engagement with customers and strategic partners, especially VIP guests and potential familiar clients, through direct or indirect visits.
- Manage and secure customer data falling under your responsibility.
- Propose new services that can optimally leverage suitable potentials within the hotel's context, thereby increasing operational capacity and business profitability.

QUALIFICATION

- Degrees: Graduated from College/University with a major in Business and Hospitality Management or another related field, along with relevant experience.
- 01 year or more of progressive in same position (4 -5 Stars hotel).
- Computer skills: Basic IT applications or equivalent.
- Language: Fluent in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
