POSITION SUMMARY

- Manage and maintain equipment, facilities, and training rooms to support the training and development of all hotel staffs.
- Receive directions from the Director of Administration & Human Resources, collaborate with Department Heads, and plan specific training on hotel overviews, safeties, and specialized topics for each department.
- Organize training sessions as scheduled plan to avoid disruptions to hotel operations.
- Report to the Director of Administration & Human Resources in accordance with regulations about activity results, challenges, propose solutions, and collaborate on handling and resolving issues.
- Regularly update relevant legal policies related to hotel operations and propose incorporating them into training sessions, ensuring continuous compliance with comprehensive legal regulations.
- Participate in events, workshops, job fairs, etc., related to human resources in the tourism industry, restaurant and hotel management, and expand networking within the community to manage hotel staff training.
- Execute tasks assigned by the Leadership Board.

QUALIFICATION

- Degree: Graduated from University with a major in Human Resources Management. Possesses excellent communication and training skills.
- Computer skills: Basic IT applications or equivalent.
- Language: Fluent in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
