POSITION SUMMARY

- Responsible for receiving customers and partners from the Sales team, including Banquet Sales staff, after negotiations have been finalized. Carry out the necessary steps in contract signing and collaboration between the hotel and partners. Manage and transmit contract information to relevant departments to apply room rates, services, and associated terms according to the Sales & Marketing Plan from the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Execute the required steps in the correct sequence and procedures to ensure that cooperation agreements are signed as per the agreement between Sales & Marketing staff and customers/partners. Ensure legal compliance to protect the hotel's rights and interests in case of disputes.
- Report to the Director of Sales & Marketing as per regulations about activity results, all incidents, issues arising during the customer/partner engagement process, and propose solutions while seeking guidance on handling and resolving them.
- Professionally receive and attentively listen to all complaints and grievances from customers and partners. Report to leadership for guidance, ensuring that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Build and maintain positive interactions, care, and active engagement with customers and strategic partners.
- Propose new services that can optimally leverage suitable potentials within the hotel's context, thereby increasing operational capacity and business profitability.

QUALIFICATION

- Degrees: Graduated from College/University with a major in Business and Hospitality Management or another related field, along with relevant experiences.
- 01 year or more of progressive in same position (4 -5 Stars hotel).
- Computer skills: Basic IT applications or equivalent.
- Language: Fluent in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
