POSITION SUMMARY

- Working with the Director of Business Strategy and Marketing to promote the brands on modern and traditional multimedia channels.
- Ensure that the brand, image, all services, and amenities of the hotel are effectively conveyed and introduced to customers in order to expand the market and consistently achieve or exceed the set business targets.
-Represent and handle all complaints and grievances of guests and internal customers professionally and efficiently, ensuring that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Assist/represent the Director of Sales & Marketing in managing the operations of all activities of the Sales & Marketing team. Collaborate closely with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to ensure that policies and operational procedures are strictly followed to provide complete and committed customer service.
-Training for employees in the department throughout programs and campaigns. Ensure that employee training within the department is always carried out comprehensively and effectively.
- Propose new services that can optimize potentials suitable for the hotel's reality, increasing operational capacity and business profitability.

QUALIFICATION

- Degree: Graduated from University with a major in Business and Hospitality Management or higher education in a related field, along with relevant experience.
- 01 year or more of progressive in same position (4 -5 Stars hotel).
- Computer skills: Basic IT applications or equivalent.
- Language: Fluent in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
