POSITION SUMMARY

- Efficiently receive and deliver guest luggage upon arrival and departure, following established procedures to ensure minimal guest waiting time.
- Introduce rooms to guests, provide information about hotel amenities, explain facilities and services, and forward guest contact details to relevant departments.
- Receive and report all guest complaints and concerns to the Baggage Services Supervisor/Manager, record them in logs, and monitor their resolution.
- Support Front Desk in welcoming visiting guests according to procedures, including accompanying visitors if necessary.
- Maintain thorough records of guest luggage upon arrival, departure, and storage.
- Assist guests in confirming flights and providing other necessary information.
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area, lobby, and operational status of equipment and signage.
- Assist in escorting guests during visitation according to guidelines.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduated from Vocational with a major in Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position within 4 to 5-star hotels.
- Language: English Communication.
