POSITION SUMMARY

- Inspect the condition of vehicles and fuel levels at the start of each shift, and report any damages or necessary repairs to the Front Office Supervisor/Manager.
- Maintain daily cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicles, ensuring they are clean and operational at all times.
- Have a good understanding of local attractions, shopping destinations, and entertainment spots in the area to assist guests effectively.
- Always open vehicle doors for guests upon entry and exit.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, perform luggage checks before guests leave the vehicle. Pay special attention to guests with special needs, including children, women, elderly, and disabled individuals, and be ready to provide assistance.
- Listen to guest feedback and promptly communicate it to the Front Office Supervisor/Manager.
- Optimize fuel efficiency and report monthly fuel consumption.
- Adhere to vehicle maintenance schedules as per manufacturer recommendations.

QUALIFICATION

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a driver in 4-5 star hotels.
