- Carry out maintenance tasks – maintenance of systems, machinery, and equipment according to the planned schedule.
- Receive and address repair requests.
- Understand equipment systems, relevant regulations, and participate in handling unexpected incidents.
- Perform daily checks of machine rooms and technical areas based on a checklist.
- Excellently execute occupational safety practices.
- Demonstrate proactive approach to tasks and effectively complete assigned tasks from superiors.
- Possess a clear understanding of the operational principles and diagrams of systems (electrical, information, fire protection), and familiarity with machinery and equipment to participate in resolving arising issues.
- In case of issues or incidents affecting guests or hotel operations, immediately proceed to the scene and promptly report to the Supervisor for guidance and instructions on how to proceed.
- Propose energy-saving measures and reduced energy consumption to enhance operational efficiency.
- Execute operational procedures and internal regulations in machine rooms, electrical rooms, pumps, etc.
- Suggest purchasing materials, repair accessories, operational fuel, or new equipment.
