POSITION SUMMARY
- Urge, direct, and support staff to perform tasks according to required procedures.
- Carry out maintenance tasks for systems, machinery, and equipment according to the planned schedule.
- Resolve issues and inspect the progress of repair requests.
- Understand equipment systems, relevant regulations, and participate in handling unexpected incidents.
- Daily inspection of machine rooms, ensure staff maintain cleanliness in work areas.
- Regularly check the status of material reserves, repair components, fuel, etc., and plan purchases to maintain adequate reserves.
- Monitor the progress and quality of construction for renovation and expansion projects in the hotel.
- Responsible for training and technical development of staff.
- Monitor and maintain workplace safety for employees.
- Exhibit proactiveness in tasks, efficiently complete assigned tasks from superiors.
- Have a clear understanding of the operational principles, diagrams of systems (electrical, information, fire protection), and familiarity with machinery and equipment to participate in resolving arising issues.
- Regularly survey the condition of physical infrastructure, equipment, and systems throughout the hotel, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
- When issues or incidents arise affecting guests or hotel operations, immediately go to the scene and promptly report to the Technical Manager for guidance and instructions on how to proceed.
- Propose energy-saving measures and reduced energy consumption to enhance operational efficiency.
- Check the execution of operational procedures and internal regulations in machine rooms, electrical rooms, pumps, etc.
- Suggest purchasing materials, repair accessories, operational fuel, or new equipment.
- Monitor equipment maintenance tasks in the hotel according to weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.

 
QUALIFICATION
- Graduated from College or University majoring in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
- At least 1 year of experience in the same position within 4 to 5-star hotels.
- Computer skills: Proficient in basic IT applications or equivalent.
- Language: Basic English, capable of comprehending technical documents.
