POSITION SUMMARY

- Plan and propose the purchase of fresh flowers, as well as necessary materials and accessories based on the floral arrangement and decoration requirements for each week.
- Receive and inspect the raw materials, ensuring they meet the quantity and quality requirements from the supplier.
- Suggest reputable flower suppliers with reasonable prices for the hotel's needs.
- Generate ideas for floral decoration that suits the space for various occasions, such as holidays and festivals, adhering to the hotel's standards.
- Execute the fresh flower decoration in guest rooms: VIP rooms, rooms for special events, etc., according to specific guest requests and replace them when needed.
- Perform fresh flower decorations in public areas of the hotel, such as the lobby, restaurant, etc.
- Take charge of flower decoration for hotel events, such as conferences, seminars, weddings, etc. (Table centerpieces, stage flower arrangements, aisle flower stands).
- Regularly inspect flower vases placed in public areas within the hotel to ensure timely watering.
- Remove and replace flowers that do not meet the standards (wilted, faded, etc.) and create new arrangements as necessary.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduated from High school degree/ Vocational.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position within 4- to 5-star hotels.
- Language: Fluent communication in English.
