POSITION SUMMARY

- Attend the morning meeting, receive assignments, and arrange work tasks and areas.
- Receive assignments for regular cleaning of equipment and items in guest rooms and public areas.
- Follow the established procedures, ensuring the quality of cleaning meets the standards.
- Report to the Supervisor the status of rooms for inspection and updating in the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Report to the Supervisor about any damaged rooms, equipment, or items.
- Report to the Supervisor the handling of insect issues in guest rooms and public areas.
- Use chemicals and equipment correctly and safely.
- Provide feedback and report any conflicts among team members to the Supervisor.
- Report any unusual situations or incidents to the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduated from High school degree/ Vocational.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position within 4- to 5-star hotels.
- Language: Fluent communication in English.
