POSITION SUMMARY
- Manage and operate the entire information technology system of the hotel, including PMS, BOH, POS, PABX, Wifi, Doorlock, Router, Firewall, and more.
- Develop and implement management plans, reporting mechanisms, and propose operational, maintenance, upgrade, and renewal solutions for all information systems, internet networks, internal data systems, and networks, following established regulations.
- Create an IT budget plan to ensure alignment with the hotel's business plan.
- Attend all necessary meetings with the Hotel's Board of Directors and Department Heads to share insights and coordinate tasks.
- Advise and participate in negotiations alongside the Hotel's Board of Directors and relevant Department Heads regarding contractors and suppliers for various systems and equipment.
- Perform acceptance testing of completed tasks by contractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet the promised quantity and quality.
- Regularly assess the condition of physical facilities, equipment, and related systems throughout the hotel, ensuring they are operational, safe, and efficient.
- When issues or incidents arise that impact guests or the hotel's operations, promptly respond on-site to mitigate their effects and minimize disruptions. Assess urgent repair plans and collaborate effectively with relevant departments.
- Propose energy-saving measures, longevity-enhancing strategies, and efficiency improvements to optimize operations.
- Oversee the maintenance efforts of contractors for the hotel's relevant systems and equipment.
