POSITION SUMMARY

- Organize the uniform storage room, categorize uniforms by department.
- Receive requests for issuing uniforms to new employees from the HR department, issue new uniforms to employees from various hotel departments.
- Prepare the required number of uniforms, ensuring correct sizes, hand them over, and check their condition with hotel staff.
- Record uniform issuance information in the work shift log.
- Count and proceed to launder all uniforms according to the proper procedure.
- Count the number of uniforms returned, matching the quantity that was laundered.
- Thoroughly inspect laundered uniforms, ensuring cleanliness and usability.
- Conduct regular uniform inventory checks for different departments.
- Set aside uniforms needing repairs or special treatment, and send them to the tailor or laundry supervisor.
- Report to management when uniform quantities are at a minimum to plan for new uniform production.
- Coordinate with the tailoring unit to produce new uniforms according to the hotel's standards.
- Inspect newly tailored uniforms carefully, categorize, and organize them by size for easy retrieval.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduated from High school degree/ Vocational.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position within 4- to 5-star hotels.
- Language: Fluent communication in English.
