POSITION SUMMARY

- Receive and be responsible for the keys during the working shift.
- Receive the assignment sheet, read the handover log, and continue the tasks from the previous shift.
- Prepare the minibar trolley.
- Coordinate with room service staff to check the minibar in guest rooms currently occupied, as well as those vacated.
- Send minibar usage invoices to the Front Desk / Payment department through the Property Management System (PMS) as required.
- Replace and rotate minibar items that are nearing their expiration in guest rooms following guidelines.
- Report any low-quality or damaged minibar items and items used excessively by guests.
- Clean and organize the minibar storage area, lock it, and seal it according to safety regulations.
- Report the inventory of minibar items, request for item issuance, cancellation, and restocking as per regulations.
- Take notes and keep records of reports related to specialized tasks.
- Report any unusual situations, suspicious incidents, or concerns to a responsible authority for resolution.
- Follow the prescribed handover procedures for tasks.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduated from High school degree/ Vocational.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position within 4- to 5-star hotels.
- Language: Fluent communication in English.
