POSITION SUMMARY

- Handle incoming phone calls, assist with inquiries, and address guest concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage and document phone messages accurately and ensure they are relayed to the appropriate departments.
- Introduce rooms, provide information about hotel amenities and services, and explain guest facilities to enhance guest experiences.
- Record guest contact information and relay it to relevant departments.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Receive guest complaints and issues, report to Supervisor/Manager for resolution, and keep accurate records.
- Follow procedures for receiving and accommodating visiting guests, including necessary registration processes.
- Prepare accurate invoices for guest check-outs, ensuring no errors.
- Prepare preliminary financial reports for accounting purposes.
- Assist with wake-up call requests.
- Aid guests in confirming flights and providing other necessary information.
- Handle lost and found items according to established protocols.
- Prepare for upcoming guest arrivals and departures the following day.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and lobby.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduated from College or Vocational with a major in Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position within 4 to 5-star hotels.
- Computer proficiency: Basic IT skills or equivalent.
- Language: English Communication.
