POSITION SUMMARY

- Responsible for managing and overseeing the hotel's reservation activities. Monitor room reservations closely, track changes, and cancellations effectively.
- Maintain a consistently professional demeanor. Adhere to hotel standards, regulations related to fire safety, department procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department and adhere to directives regarding room sales strategies and pricing to maximize hotel revenue.
- Prepare regular monthly and weekly reports, forecast room occupancy
- Manage the reservation staff, ensuring efficient performance
- Document relevant guest information during their stay at the hotel for archiving purposes.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduated from College or University with a major in Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position within 4 to 5-star hotels.
- Computer proficiency: Basic IT skills or equivalent.
- Language: Fluent in English.
