POSITION SUMMARY
- Maintain the storage and upkeep of all equipment, tools, and supplies in the Restaurant & Café.
- Report to supervision on all incidents, complaints, and feedback related to customers, services, and assets of the restaurant for proper handling.
- Foster positive interaction, care, and attentive service towards customers, especially VIP and potential customers.
- Consistently adhere to and implement policies and service procedures to ensure the maintenance and enhancement of high-quality professional service that satisfies customers.
- Actively participate in training programs within the department, following the training initiatives by the Restaurant & Cafe and the hotel.
- Efficiently use equipment, materials, and supplies, ensuring their purposeful use for business operations, promoting resource efficiency and avoiding wastage for personal use.
- Focus on and adhere to service protocols, emphasizing food and beverage quality, utensils and tools, hygiene, and ensuring occupational safety and food safety standards for customer service.
- Propose new service methods and procedures to maximize potential, suitable for the reality, and increase the capacity and profitability of the hotel's business operations.
- Attend regular internal meetings to review and evaluate activities and plan for the future.
- Comply with the approved work schedule, and any adjustments must receive approval from higher management.
- Provide suggestions to improve the working environment for continuous enhancement.

 
QUALIFICATION
-Preferably graduated from vocational or college-level programs specializing in Hospitality Management for Restaurants and Hotels.
-Trained in Food Safety, Occupational Safety, and Fire Safety within the context of restaurant and hotel operations.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position within 4 to 5-star hotels.
-Fluent in English communication is preferred for effective interaction.
