POSITION SUMMARY

- Inspect items and equipment within the Security Department, as well as fire safety equipment throughout the hotel.
- Take notes all incidents related to the Security Department in the Security Logbook and provide comprehensive reports to the Supervisor.
- Handle all guest and internal complaints and inquiries in a polite and effective manner, ensuring fair resolutions.
- Closely supervise all security personnel during their shifts, ensuring compliance with hotel regulations and laws.
- Ensure security personnel are always positioned in their designated areas.
- Ensure patrols are conducted in all public areas, restaurants, guest floors, offices, and other hotel areas to ensure safety, security, and comfort for all guests and employees.
- Conduct patrols of public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, and missing or malfunctioning fire safety equipment.
- Respond to and report on all incidents related to security and fire hazards as requested.
- Conduct roll calls/briefings at the beginning of each shift, providing security personnel with updates on daily activities and events.
- Assist/coordinate the Firefighting Team in emergency situations.
- Ensure all escape routes are clear and not obstructed.
- Assist in emergency response scenarios.
- Support investigations of accidents and incidents involving hotel guests and staff.
- Politely monitor and inspect suspicious individuals, deny entry to the hotel if no reasonable explanation is provided, and immediately seek assistance if necessary.
- Assist in inspecting employee bags upon entry and lockers periodically in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Control all staff entering and leaving the hotel through designated staff entrances.
- Assist in implementing the hotel's criteria, values, and cultural characteristics.
- Ensure that staff fully understand and comply with the hotel's rules and regulations.
- Ensure staff adhere to all rules, policies, and regulations related to fire safety and security from both the hotel, the company, and local authorities.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduated from vocational school or higher.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position within 4-5 star hotels.
- Language: Proficient in English communication.
