POSITION SUMMARY
- Manage and oversee the inventory, equipment, and tools of the Restaurant & Café department.
- Report to the Director of Culinary on business results, activities, incidents, customer complaints, and related matters concerning the restaurant's assets. Propose solutions for handling any issues that arise.
- Develop annual budget targets for the operations of the Restaurant & Café in alignment with the overall development direction of the hotel.
- Meet with suppliers of goods, equipment, and tools to negotiate, discuss, seek new items, highlight shortcomings in existing products, request price reductions, sponsorships, etc.
- Direct and manage the operations and business activities of the Restaurant & Café. Ensure that service policies and procedures are maintained and enhanced to provide high-quality professional service that consistently satisfies customers.
- Control the actual expenditure level of the Restaurant & Café, ensuring it aligns with plans and budgets.
- Provide training to staff in the department through training programs and campaigns set by the Restaurant & Café and the hotel.
- Efficiently manage the use of equipment, materials, and supplies, ensuring they are used for their intended business purposes, promoting cost-saving, and preventing personal misuse.
- Monitor and supervise the preparation of service procedures, food and beverage quality, tools, utensils, cleanliness, labor safety, and food safety for customer service.
- Propose new methods and models to maximize suitable potentials, increase capacity, and boost the business profitability of the hotel.
- Approve work schedules and make adjustments if necessary, based on the business situation.

 
QUALIFICATION
- Graduated from a University with a major in Hospitality Management.
- Received training in Food Safety and Hygiene, Occupational Safety, and Fire Prevention in the hospitality industry.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position within 4 to 5-star hotels.
- Proficient in basic Computer and IT applications.
- Fluent in English communication.
