POSITION SUMMARY

- Control all import-export-inventory activities of goods and raw materials in the warehouses under the Accounting Department, always ensuring accuracy.
- Reports and ledger entries must be approved by the appropriate levels according to procedures and principles.
- Regularly inspect the warehouses under the Accounting Department to ensure that goods and items are properly organized in correct positions, stored according to regulations, and the actual inventory quantities match the records.
- Ensure occupational safety during work in the warehouse and adhere to fire safety regulations.
- Carry out all regular reports fully and on time as required.
- Manage the actual expenditure level of the department in a reasonable and efficient manner, aligning with plans and budgets.
- Propose the execution of procedures for liquidating and disposing of expired or no longer usable items and goods.
- Utilize resources, human resources, etc., efficiently for the intended job purposes, economizing and avoiding wastefulness for personal purposes.
- Attend regular department meetings to review and evaluate the department's activities and develop plans for the future.
- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of warehouses, goods, and raw materials within. All documents and records should be stored according to regulations.

QUALIFICATION

- Priority given to candidates with a College/Intermediate or University degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position within 4 to 5-star hotels.
- Computer skills: Proficient in basic IT applications or equivalent.
- Language: Fluent English communication skills preferred.
