POSITION SUMMARY

- Consistently exhibit a professional demeanor. Adhere to hotel standards, regulations regarding fire safety, department procedures, and policies.
- Ensure that room reservations, cancellations, or adjustments made by guests are handled smoothly and in accordance with established protocols, including sending confirmations and maintaining complete records.
- Weekly compile a list of VIP guests along with their preferences and forward it to the Reservation Team Leader.
- Guide guests to view rooms, introduce room features and hotel amenities.
- Organize rooms for reserved guests in an efficient manner, optimizing the allocation of available rooms in the hotel.
- Categorize and classify guests staying at the hotel based on established standards and regulations.
- Cross-reference actual guest stay dates with signed contracts for guests from travel companies.
- Verify room reservation statuses and prepare reservation confirmations for guests arriving the next day.
- Document relevant guest information during their stay at the hotel for archiving purposes.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduated from College or University with a major in Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same position within 4 to 5-star hotels.
- Computer proficiency: Basic IT skills or equivalent.
- Language: Fluent in English.
